Government Technology Use
This measure indicates how well the state is meeting the goal of using information technology to serve citizens and streamline operations. Citizens expect to be able to access information and services electronically and look to government to provide access to services in the same way businesses do. In 2014, Minnesota was given a B+, putting Minnesota in the top 20 states nationally. In addition, Minnesota was recognized as "Top 5" for its exemplary work in the category of Adaptive Leadership (5th Place).
