Kristina Krull joined MAD in 2015. Her public sector background includes service at the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, the Wisconsin Center for Tobacco Research and Intervention, and most recently, Dakota County, where she served as an internal consultant for other staff. At Dakota County, Kristina led county-wide process improvement projects, developed alternative governance and funding structures for an IT collaborative, and analyzed the prevalence of jail inmates with mental and chemical health needs. She brings a wide range of professional experience to her consulting, including process improvement, organizational and data analysis, survey design, facilitation, and program evaluation.
Kristina has a master’s degree in public affairs and a bachelor’s degree in political science and international studies, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
