. ELD is offering six (6) NEW courses this Winter
that will meet the needs of all state employees including Human-Centered Design, Leading Workplace Change, Holding Meetings in Virtual Environments (Part 2 of Virtual Environments Series), Self-Defeating Habits for Otherwise Brilliant People: Preventing and Reversing Workplace Tension and Mistrust, Citizen Service: Customer Service Skills for Government Employees, and Exploring Unconscious Bias.
The Leadership Network invites former SLI and ELI alumni to attend Connect with Commissioners: A Panel Discussion on Leadership March 3rd. Alumni also have an opportunity to apply to attend bushCONNECT 2016 and represent the State of Minnesota for FREE!
ELD's new center, located at 10 River Park Plaza in St. Paul, is now hosting courses, programs, workshops and seminars. The ELD Center is located close to the state capitol campus, just across the Robert Street Bridge. All rooms are also available to rent for a half (1/2) day or a full day on a space available basis to host courses, programs, workshop or training sessions.
