SWIFT Update February 16, 2017

1099 Forms Mailed to Vendors

MMB mailed all 1099 forms to vendors the week of January 23, 2017. Vendors may call or e-mail the 1099 Helpline at MMB with questions or to request a copy of the form.

Vendors should make sure that their message includes their name, address, e-mail address, and their vendor ID or the last four digits of their Social Security number or business tax ID.


New User Guide for Strategic Sourcing is Posted

The Strategic Sourcing for Professional/Technical Services User Guide is now available on the SWIFT Strategic Sourcing references page.


Help Desk Hot Topic:  Blocked Status on Reports 

Help Desk Hot Topics feature Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) answered by the SWIFT Help Desk. Use these as a friendly reminder of a process or as an opportunity to learn something new!

Q: What does a Blocked status mean when running reports in SWIFT?

A: Reports may run to a Blocked status in SWIFT when too many reports are run at the same time. When a report is blocked, the process will wait for resources to become available and will run at a later time. You will not need to re-run the report.

  • Business Unit
  • Module (Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders, etc.)
  • Transaction ID (Voucher ID, PO ID, etc.)
  • Error Message Print Screen
