A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support. MORE INFORMATION The Memory Cafe meets 11:00am - 12:00pm on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th Thursday of each month at Hazel Park Community Church of Christ. The program includes:

  • Games
  • Music
  • Socialization
