Eligibility

Under Waiver Reimagine, independent living skills with training and individualized home supports are streamlining into one service called individualized home supports with training as of January 1, 2021 (or upon federal approval). Fees

This service may be covered by the Brain Injury (BI) waiver if the assessment shows the need and it is included in the service plan.
