Clients can select from several different Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS), that are worn on either the wrist or around the neck, the person wears a cellular "help" button that works anywhere in the US.
A simple button press connects them to a 24/7 emergency response center.
No additional cell phone or landline needed.
