- Be a Minnesota resident.
- Have an annual household income at or below 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
- Must be paying more than 30% of the household's annual income on rent.
- Must not currently be receiving any tenant or project based Section 8 or other federal rental assistance.

Bring It Home provides tenant-based rent vouchers and project-based rental assistance for eligible low-income Minnesota households. The program is funded by state appropriations and part of a new Metro area sales tax.
