The coordination professional can help residents identify resources, navigate systems or help with applying to additional programs. MORE INFORMATION Supportive Housing provides affordable and supportive living for single adults experiencing homelessness. Some locations serve specific populations, such as veterans, people with complex medical conditions, or men with alcohol use disorders.
