Applicants must be able to document employment history in one of the following areas:

A minimum of 5 years employment in the music industry
Six commercially released recordings or videos (singles)

Applicants are required to investigate all other possible sources of aid before applying. Each situation is considered on a case-by case basis.

Provides financial help to people with a health condition or disability so that they can pay medical bills or other expenses related to health care. MORE INFORMATION Provides short-term financial assistance for a variety of issues that may include:

Medical and dental expenses
Mental health services
Addiction treatment or sober living
Housing and eviction concerns

All approved assistance is paid directly to a third party or creditor such as a landlord, bank, utility company, hospital, doctor, or therapist.
