Eligibility

Families with diverse cultural or economic backgrounds are encouraged to participate. For children aged 3-8.

Hours

8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Application process

Apply online or call agency for more information. Each single team is built around a focus child (aged 3-8) and consists of:
  • A parent of a child with special needs
  • A classroom teacher
  • A related service provider working with the child (for example: Special Education Teacher, Speech Therapist, Paraprofessional, Occupational Therapist, etc.)
  • Each team member must apply individually
Applications for Fall 2023 teams are due by Friday, September 29th

  • Guided Explorations: helps parents and caregivers become familiar with assistive technology options
  • Individualized Trainings: provides training and help to learn how to use, set up, or maintain a currently owned technology product
