  • There are 3 meal plans available: 1200 calories, 2000 calories, and 1500 calories vegetarian
  • Meals are for an individual, however, the larger portion size can be split among 2 people
  • There is a 5-week menu cycle for variety. They offer a 7-day, 4 day and 3 day plan
Pick-up is available at locations in the Twin Cities metro area, or delivery is available statewide
