Financial management counselors take a look at your personal finance information and help to create a plan to pay off debt, keep on top of bills or provide retirement planning information. MORE INFORMATION Services include: Confidential services are available nationwide by phone or virtually. They also offer in-person appointments across Minnesota. Counselors are fluent in Spanish and Hmong. In addition, American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation is available as needed.
