Pear Lake Women's Program is a co-occurring residential treatment program. Each Pear Lake client receives personalized treatment according to individual needs. Part of this women's program is Project Clean Start, developed to provide support services to chemically dependent women and their children. These services are free and available to women in all stages of the treatment continuum. Project Clean Start provides the following services to eligible participants: * In-Home Support * Referrals: Rule 25 Assessments, Mental Health Assessments, Fetal Alcohol Diagnostic * Assessments, Housing Support, Licensed Child Care, Financial & Medical Assistance, Local * Service Providers/Resources, etc. * Transportation * Start-up, Emergency, and Preventative Funds * Supplies * Moving Expenses * Weekly Meetings * Woman's Support Group * Talking Circle * Parenting * Child/Youth Support Group * Community Educational Outreach: Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (Presentations, * Brochures, etc.) * Advocacy: Court, Probation, Child Protection * Alcohol/Drug Testing * Recreational Activities & YMCA Family Membership * Individualized Care Plans: Developed by a Multi-Disciplinary Team and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)
