Welcome From the Assistant Chief Judge

OAH’s Workers’ Compensation Division, established in 1981, conducts pre-trial and trial level functions associated with claims for workers’ compensation benefits. Judges rule on motions; conduct settlement conferences, pre-trial hearings, mediation and formal trials; and issue awards and final decisions. This division takes action to resolve workers’ compensation disputes in as fair and timely a manner as possible. Injured workers, employers, and insurers deserve the best. We are committed to providing an array of first-rate services and to always putting forth our best efforts as we fulfill our assigned duties impartially, deliberately and expeditiously.
