The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) is pleased to offer video conferencing services for parties involved in OAH matters. Video conferencing is available for any type of case; however, requests must be approved by the presiding judge, and scheduling is subject to availability. All requests should be made at least 14 days in advance of the proposed video conference date.
Usually, OAH staff work with other governmental agencies to find a convenient and cost-effective location for the party requesting to appear via video conference. Typically, there is not a fee for the service when OAH can connect to a site at another governmental or municipal location. In the event the site charges a fee, it will be billed to the party requesting the video conference.
