Did you know you may be able to get a discount on health insurance, but only if you buy through MNsure? It’s true. MNsure is the only place you will be able to apply for new government discounts (in the form of tax credits), which can really reduce your costs. Individuals and families can enter numbers in this calculator that reflect your situation and estimate what your costs might be.

Small businesses

MNsure will also make it easier for small businesses to cover the cost of health insurance for their employees. If you have a business with 2–50 full-time equivalent employees, you may be able to get federal tax credits that pay up to 50% of premium costs. Small employers can use this calculator  to help you estimate what size tax credit you might qualify for.
