New Minnesota Board of Nursing Rules Governing Credentialing Adopted

New Minnesota Board of Nursing Rules Governing Professional and Practical Nurse Licensure (6305) and Professional and Practical Nursing Registration (6310) effective September 24, 2012

The Minnesota Board of Nursing adopted new rules governing Professional and Practical Nurse Licensure (6305) and Professional and Practical Nursing Registration (6310) as published in the State Register on September 17, 2012 (37 SR 403). The new rules in effect September 24, 2012, five working days from publication.

Additionally, the September 17, 2012 State Register (37 SR 402) published a correction to the proposed rules published  in the State Register, Volume 36, Number 35, page 1092 (36 SR 1092) and page 1098 (36 SR 1098), March 19, 2012. The date of issue was not identified and the web site information was incomplete. Below is the correct version:
