April - Login to verify correct mailing address and facility prior to April 30 to assure delivery or renewal information.
May - Notification of renewal options will be sent via postcard through USPS on/about May 1. Every 50th renewal is selected for audit. Online renewals selected for a Continuing Education Audit will be contacted via email after the renewal application is received. Review renewal instructions ans CE Rules prior to submission of renewal.
June 1 and later
Submit copies of CE certificates with all paper renewals. Online renewal is available until June 30 with audit assessed for every 25th renewal received.
July 1 to October Board Meeting - Online renewal is no longer available. Submit paper renewal and CE certificates with any applicable CE approval fee , including the $200 renewal fee, $20 OET Surcharge, $50 late fee, to the Board office .
After October Board Meeting - Contact the Board office for reinstatement material.
