Governor Dayton Honors Victims of Colorado Shooting

St. Paul—As a sign of respect for the victims of the tragic shooting in Aurora, Colorado on Friday, July 20, 2012, Governor Mark Dayton has signed a proclamation ordering all flags at state buildings in Minnesota be lowered to half-staff until sunset on July 21, 2012.
