Governor Dayton signs two bills

Today, Governor Mark Dayton signed two bills into law:

• Chapter 128, Senate File 1240: This bill makes various changes to forfeiture provisions, and passed the legislature with a near unanimous vote.

• Chapter 130, Senate File 1213: This bill makes changes to Minnesota’s adult basic education performance tracking system, in order to comply with federal law.  It passed the legislature with unanimous support.
