  December 28, 2011 - St. Paul—Today Governor Mark Dayton announced the following appointments.
• Governor Dayton appoints Margaret Chutich and Judge John R. Rodenberg to fill At-Large seats on Minnesota Court of Appeals
  
  December 27, 2011 - Today, Governor Mark Dayton announced the appointments of Margaret Chutich and the Honorable John R. Rodenberg as judges for the two at-large seats on the Minnesota Court of Appeals. They will fill vacancies created by the retirements of Judge Edward Toussaint and Judge Gordon Shumaker, who retired earlier this year.
• Commission on Judicial Selection Recommends Fifth Judicial District Candidates to Governor Dayton
  
  December 22, 2011 - Saint Paul, MN – The Commission on Judicial Selection announced today it is recommending four candidates to Governor Mark Dayton for consideration to fill the current vacancies created upon Judge Timothy K. Connell and Judge Jeffrey L. Flynn’s retirements in Minnesota’s Fifth Judicial District.

  December 21, 2011 - St. Paul – In honor and remembrance of Army Chief Warrant Officer II Lucas Daniel Sigfrid, Governor Mark Dayton has ordered all U.S. flags and Minnesota flags to be flown at half-staff at all state and federal buildings in the State of Minnesota, from sunrise until sunset on Thursday, December 22, 2011.

  December 08, 2011 - Today, Governor Mark Dayton announced the appointment of Luis A. Bartolomei as District Court Judge in Minnesota’s Fourth Judicial District. Mr. Bartolomei will be replacing the Honorable Charles A. Porter Jr, who retired earlier this year.
