If you have Medical Assistance
If you have Medical Assistance or your household has both Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare, contact your county or Tribe to update your address. Ensure your phone number and email address are also correct while working with your county or Tribe.
If you have MinnesotaCare
If you have MinnesotaCare and no one in your household has Medical Assistance, call DHS Health Care Consumer Support to update your contact information at 651-297-3862 in the Twin Cities metro area or 800-657-3672 toll free from outside the Twin Cities. Ensure your phone number and email address are also correct while you talk to a worker.
