Gov. Mark Dayton signs health and human services budget bill into law

Gov. Mark Dayton signed House File 2294, the health and human services omnibus budget bill, into law Monday morning, April 30. Minnesota Department of Human Services Commissioner Lucinda Jesson was among those to attend the ceremonial bill signing in Dayton's office. The bill restores $18 million in funding for services that were cut as part of the 2011 budget compromise. For more information, view a news release on the governor's website.
