  • SNAP changes bring adjustments to benefit levels
    October 31, 2013 - A small cost-of-living adjustment on Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits became effective Oct. 1, 2013, that may affect some SNAP recipients who are not already at the maximum benefit level for their household size. Beginning Nov. 1, some recipients may see a decrease in their benefits.

    October 29, 2013 - Changes to immunization requirements for children in Minnesota child care, early childhood programs and schools will better protect children and communities from a number of potentially serious diseases, say state health officials.

    October 29, 2013 - DHS and the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) recently launched a new State Innovation Model (SIM) Minnesota website at mn.gov/sim.
