    November 01, 2013 - A plan that recognizes that Minnesotans with disabilities have the right to live, work and enjoy life in the most integrated setting is available online after being submitted to the court for final approval. The plan charts a course that will change the way state government provides supports and services for people protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

  • SNAP changes bring adjustments to benefit levels
    October 31, 2013 - A small cost-of-living adjustment on Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits became effective Oct. 1, 2013, that may affect some SNAP recipients who are not already at the maximum benefit level for their household size. Beginning Nov. 1, some recipients may see a decrease in their benefits.
