Group of smiling businesspeopleDEED recently received a four-year $6 million Workforce Innovation Fund grant from the U.S. Department of Labor to see how social media can enhance workforce development and economic development collaboration and create talent communities.

The USDOL awarded more than $35 million in grants to study employment and training programs that are federally funded.
