    August 12, 2014 - Guadalupe Alternative Programs (GAP), an alternative high school in St. Paul’s West Side neighborhood, has been awarded a $768,000 YouthBuild grant from the U.S. Department of Labor. The YouthBuild grant is among a total of $73.6 million awarded to 71 YouthBuild programs in 31 states.

The company previously expanded its original 65,000 s.f. plant in 2012 with a 13,000 s.f. addition to build the same equipment.

    July 24, 2014 - The Metropolitan Economic Development Association (Meda) has been awarded a $90,909 grant from the U.S. Small Business Administration that will help small technologies and science firms bring their innovations to the marketplace and stimulate science and technology jobs. Meda was one of only 22 economic development agencies, business development centers, colleges and universities that received the awards totaling $2 million.
