Petroleum Tank Release Cleanup Fund


Rule:
Minnesota Rules, chapter 2890.

Reason For Rulemaking: The Petroleum Tank Release Cleanup Fund (Petrofund) Board requests comments on the possible amendment to rules governing regulation of the Petroleum Tank Release Cleanup Fund, Minnesota Rules, chapter 2890. The Petrofund Board is considering amendments to cost containment rules based on changes to Minnesota Pollution Control Agency’s clean up requirements.

Rules Governing the Regulation of Actuarial opinion and Memorandum


Rule:
Amendment to rules governing the regulation of actuarial opinion and memorandum: Minnesota Rules, chapter 2711. (Proposed Rules - .pdf)

Reason For Rulemaking: The proposed rule amendments update the guidelines and standards to be followed by life insurance companies for statements of actuarial opinion and supporting memoranda submitted in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 61A.25, Minnesota’s Standard Valuation Law. (Complete Statement of Need and Reasonableness - .pdf)
