The documentation for an appointment needs to include the following:
Documentation regarding the reason for the change in appointed actuaries, as required by MN Stat. 61A.25, sub. 2a(f), and MN Rules, chapter 2711.0220, subpart 3.
A copy of the resolution by the company's Board of Directors, as required by MN Stat. 61A.25, sub. 2a(f).
Documentation stating that the appointed actuary meets all of the requirements for a "qualified actuary," as set forth in MN Rules, chapter 2711.0220, subpart 2.
