A recording of the May 28th webinar on the TRM third-party review project will be available soon at the CIP Design Resources section of the Division of Energy Resources (DER) website. This webinar was held for those participants who had intended to participate remotely in the May 16 meeting held in DER offices via GoTo Meeting; due to technical difficulties, the GoTo Meeting broadcast of the live meeting on May 16 had to be canceled.
At both meetings, TRM project manager Joe Plummer presented an overview of the project research process and a summary of the major technical findings. Representatives from Franklin Energy were on hand to provide additional information on the research process. The meeting concluded with a discussion on creating a framework and process for continuous maintenance and updates to the TRM to reflect changing market conditions, best practices, and new codes and standards. DER will soon be reaching out to stakeholders to begin the process of discussing those measures identified as requiring additional analysis and discussion.
