  • Minnesota Business Development Public Infrastructure Grant Program : This grant program provides funding in Greater Minnesota to build infrastructure improvements that use Minnesota biomass energy products to conserve energy and reduce reliance on electricity, oil, and natural gas. The program also provides funding to stimulate economic development by assisting local units of government to provide infrastructure required in the creation or retention of high quality jobs with a focus on industrial, manufacturing and technology related industries and to keep or enhance jobs in a specific location while increasing a city's tax base.
