File a Complaint
If you have a dispute with a bank, credit union, collection agency, other financial service provider, the Minnesota Department of Commerce may be able to help. Find out how to file a complaint.
Check Your Credit Report
Credit reports can now be obtained for free. Consumers do not have to pay a fee to obtain their credit report. Each of the nationwide consumer credit reporting companies is required to provide a free credit report, upon request, once every 12 months.
