Bovine Tuberculosis (TB)

The Board of Animal Health worked alongside state and federal agencies and Minnesota cattle farmers for six years to eradicate bovine tuberculosis. Eliminating bovine TB from Minnesota and regaining statewide TB-Free status was an accomplishment celebrated by many. Minnesota has been regarded as a model for how government and private industry can work together to swiftly and efficiently get a big job done.
