    March 28, 2014 - The exterior lights of the Minnesota State Capitol Building will be darkened tomorrow, Saturday March 29 from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. as part of the City of Saint Paul’s recognition of Earth Hour.

    March 18, 2014 - Members of the public are invited to bid on a variety of surplus goods at a State of Minnesota auction taking place on Saturday, March 22 in Arden Hills.
  • State Surplus Public Auction to be held in Grand Rapids this Saturday, Dec. 7
    December 03, 2013 - The State of Minnesota will auction approximately 80 cars and trucks, various dump trucks, plow trucks and tractors by International, John Deere and others, equipment trailers and trailer packages, miscellaneous skid steer attachments, and much more this Saturday, Dec. 7 in Grand Rapids.
  • State Surplus Public Auction to be held in Arden Hills this Saturday, Nov. 16
    November 14, 2013 - The State of Minnesota will auction approximately 100 cars and trucks, boats, trailers, bikes, stadium flooring, office equipment and much more this Saturday, Nov. 16 in Arden Hills.
  • State Surplus Public Auction to be held in Arden Hills this Saturday, Oct. 26
    October 23, 2013 - The State of Minnesota will auction approximately 100 cars and trucks, generators, welders, air compressors, snow blowers, mower and sweeper attachments, chainsaws and trimmers, bikes, and much more on Saturday, October 26th in Arden Hills.
  • Notice of Special Executive Council Meeting on October 25, 2013
    October 21, 2013 - The Executive Council will hold a special meeting on Friday, October 25, 2013 at 9 a.m. in Room 318 of the State Capitol, 75 Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, St. Paul, MN 55155. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources' request to approve issuance of 31 non-ferrous metallic mineral leases as authorized under Minnesota Statutes, section 93.25, subdivision 2.
  • Minnesota Archaeology Week is Sept. 14 to 22
    September 11, 2013 - Minnesotans have the opportunity to tour newly discovered ancient rock carvings, view salvaged items from Lake Superior shipwrecks, have personal archaeological finds identified, and visit a 19th-Century Voyageur trading festival, all as part of Minnesota Archaeology Week. These are just a few of the many events and activities occurring at sites throughout the state during the week of Sept. 14 through Sept. 22.
