All Capitol Building entrances are closed except the south main entrance and the Capitol basement tunnel. The public disability access entrance is located directly under the south main entrance stairs. As the restoration progresses, available entrances may change.
During the Capitol Building restoration project, parking locations and availability may change. Visit the Parking/Transportation page for the most up-to-date information.
The loading dock is on the southwest side of the State Office Building, between the ramp and building, entry is off Rice Street.

The Rathskeller is located in the basement of the State Capitol building. It is open only during the legislative session (Jan-May). Operating hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Friday, 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM.
