Visitor Information

Finding Your Way Around

Members of the public and visitors to the State Capitol should enter through the building's main entrance, located on the south side of the building on Reverend Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard. Accessible entry for those with disabilities is available on the north side of the building, via the connecting loading dock and tunnel in parking Lot B on Sherburne Avenue and Capitol Boulevard (note: visitors will need to push the call button to gain access during the months of year when the Legislature is not in session).

These entrances are open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
